  4. If pickup service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our official address.
  5. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  2. Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  3. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  4. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting required bank details.
  5. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
